
Time to take some more VEGA supplement. It has some crazy shit in it, like all the vitamins, minerals that you would ever need, and omega 3 & 6 (found in fish like salmon) and another important one, pholic acid.
So the question is, how much longer am I going to take this shit before I give up on it and start eating fish again? I really like being vegetarian, but common. I don't want to have to remember to mix a supplement with water every week (should be every day). I'm also starting to psych myself out (which has been common lately) about all the stories I've read where people have taken this supplement and ended up with crazy digestion problems, even the hospital. I know there are people that aren't affected, but it still lingers in the back of my mind, maybe this drink will fuck me up one day.
I'm not sure when the day will come, but until then, cheers to green chalky sandy water!
